Transport
The nearest town is Die, six kilometers from Marignac.
Marignac is:
78 kilometers from Valence
105 kilometers from Grenoble
298 kilometers from Marseille
Grenoble is the nearest airport, but you will have to rent a car from there as there is no direct public transport from Grenoble airport to Die. There are easy connections via TGV high speed trains from Paris, Lyon and Marseille to Valence. From Valence there are local trains and coaches to Die. Local transport can be arranged from the station in Die to Le Lezard Vert.
In order to enjoy the region to its fullest, you will enjoy having a car during your stay at Le Lezard Vert. If you arrive by plane or train, please note that it is not possible to rent vehicles in either Marignac or Die; Valence is the nearest town with car rental available.

Things to do in the area :
The area around Marignac offers a wide variety of activities, from adventure sports and hiking in stunning countryside to relaxing while soaking up the sun and the local culture.
You can enjoy:
- Local swimming pools and rivers to explore, play and fish in
- Rock-climbing – the area is rich with interesting cliff faces, with lots of possibilities for beginners as well as challenges for experienced climbers
- Canyoning
- Canoeing and kayaking
- Via Ferrata (there are 4 nearby via ferrata routes)
- Horse-riding
- Mini-Golf
- Tennis

Local cultural activities :
- Visiting local wineries, farms and lavender distilleries
- Visits to the many artists' studios in the region
- The Festival Est-Ouest, East West Festival, which features the art, music, cinema and literature of eastern European countries, at the end of September every other year
- The Fête de la transhumance at the end of June, during which thousands of sheep make their way up to summer pastures on the Vercors plateau; an interesting local pastoral and cultural event.
The passage of the sheep through the market on a Saturday morning is not to be missed.

- low saison : 400 € with heating; 350 € without heating
- Weekend rate : 150 € for 1 night ; 180 € for 2 nights
